In addition, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Wisconsin dropped to 45th in the country during Walker's first year in office in job growth-- a drop from 36th the year before. (Ranking of states on percent change in employment, December 2010 to 2011, Table 6: Employees on nonfarm payrolls by state and selected industry sector, not seasonally adjusted.)
It also should be pointed out that a big reason we have a budget deficit is (mostly) because Walker's jobs numbers are so bad that even the Department of Revenue's conservative projections didn't take into account job growth taking a nose dive under Walker.
But, even though the numbers can't and don't lie, Walker can and does lie and continues to spread his "its working" nonsense. I suppose he has to: In this case, the only thing worse than lying about his jobs record is telling the truth about his jobs record.
