Here we go again. The new job numbers are out for Wisconsin, and the unemployment rate has gone up 0.2 percent to 7.0 percent.  This reflects a loss of 13,200 jobs - of which 11,700 were in the private sector.

Perhaps it is time for our governor to stop gallavanting around the country and complaining about government, and to come back, and (now that there's some chance of a sensible policy that will not be completely driven by Republican politics) have a real emergency jobs session that will promote policy that may actually produce jobs.
