If it ain't broke, don't fix it. In fact,, don't fix it even if it is broke

Ald. Michael Murphy has decided not to run for city comptroller, but to run for alderman again.   County Sup. Johnny Thomas (pictured), meanwhile, is in the race to replace the retiring Comptroller Wally Morics.

At the end of the we learn:

"With Murphy's decision, all 15 aldermen now say they're running for re-election."

And most,, if not all of them, will win. Change comes slowly in Milwaukee -- or sometimes not at all.
