At last, someone has put the spoitlight on the issue that may well bring about Scott Walker's defeat four weeks from today.  Let's hope they keep pounding on it every day, in paid and free media, for the next 28 days, because it raises key questions about Walker's character and his competency in a way no other issue can.

The Greater Wisconsin Political Fund today launched a new TV spot raising raising questions about Scott Walker's role in an ever-expanding John Doe criminal investigation.

Already five former Walker top aides and associates have been charged with a total of 15 felonies, and two already have pled guilty to charges resulting from the probe.

The FBI has searched the home of one of Wallker's top aides.  His press secretary has been granted immunity from prosecution.

The ad highlights the widening scope of the investigation and Walker's role in personally  hiring two of the key figures.

The ad also uses informstion from the criminal complaint to show that Walker's own office is just feet away from where the alleged criminal activity took place.  It concludes by asking whether Walker should have known what was happening virtually right under his nose.

There's also a radio commercial on the same subject, running statewide.
