Republicans have been caught repeatedly using actors in phony settings in their mailers and television commercials, but they don't let previous embarrassments stop them from doing it again.
This time, One Wisconsin Now (OWN) has caught a Carl Rove-backed group using a phony Wisconsin teacher in an ad attacking State Sen. Dave Hansen, a Green Bay Democrat and one of the Wisconsin 14.
When you're going to claim that the person pictured is a teacher who's going to leave her job and move out of state because of Dave Hansen, you should at least find some footage that isn't labeled "File Footage."
