That's the line the great Charles P. Pierce uses to describe Scott Walker in his entitled, "Watching Scotty Go," which is a take-off of Mac Davis' sappy 70s hit, "Watching Scotty Grow":

Someone else with the same problem is Scott Walker, the goggle-eyed homunculus hired by Koch Industries to manage their subsidiary formerly known as the state of Wisconsin. This week, has in which Walker told the editorial board of the Oshkosh Northwestern shortly before his election in 2010 that he had every intention of negotiating with the state's public employee unions. Once in, of course, Walker rammed through a bill eliminating the rights of those same unions to bargain collectively, touching off the firestorm that may yet consume his career as governor.

What exactly is a homunculus?  It turns out that there are three definitions from dictionary.com, all are hilarious:

ho·mun·cu·lus [huh-muhng-kyuh-luhs]

noun, plural -li [-lahy]

1. an artificially made dwarf, supposedly produced in a flask by an alchemist.   2. a fully formed, miniature human body believed, according to some medical theories of the 16th and 17th centuries, to be contained in the spermatozoon.   3. a diminutive human being.
