Paul Ryan says it's frustrating that the Congressional supercommittee couldn't agree on a solution to reducing national debt.
“It's another missed, wasted opportunity,” he said.
Ryan, of course, asked NOT to be appointed to the committee, preferring to be a Monday morning quarterback.
