So here we go - leading up to the upcoming recall elections, complaints are being filed against alleged irregularities in the election process. As discussed earlier in the day, Americans For Progress has apparently been sending deceptive absentee ballots to people in at least two legislative districts. The Democratic Party, and at least one individual are filing complaints on this issue. The complaint from the Democratic party is available on-line, in addition to the press release.
On the other side of the aisle, the state Republican Party is filing a complaint alleging that Sandy Pasch and Citizen Action of Wisconsin are engaging in illegal cooperation. The only clear evidence they are presenting is the fact that Pasch is on the board of Citizen Action of Wisconsin.
We still have a little over two weeks of recall election to go - I have to assume that the complaints and allegations of dirty tricks are only starting.
