Cap Times acquires Wispolitics

The Capital Times has acquired the 10-year-old Wispolitics.com.  It apperas that in most respects the Cap Times intends to keep it functioning as it has - it will retain the same staff and be a wholly-owned subsidiary.  Still it'll be interesting to see if there are any changes from the acquisition by one of the most liberal-leaning publications in the state.
