Maybe, instead of trying to be the first with "breaking news" in the 24-hour news cycle -- which is almost 100% speculative, since no one really has been able to sort out what publication of the act by the Legislative Reference Bureau means -- we should all take a deep breath and wait for something authoritative to emerge.
Then there will be plenty of time for outrage, if it is warranted.
