By now I'm sure you've watched the budget speech. My only comment is that it's pretty amazing how heavily packed the chamber seemed to be, and we're tracking down the various ruors about how that came about. I've attached the executive summary of the budget, which is, I'm afraid, very much what the rumors for the past few weeks have said. If Walker thinks that things will now cool down as he said in his speech, I think he's wrong.
