Here's a shocker, from WISN-TV in Milwaukee:
Unemployment in Wisconsin drops in July
It actually went up. On closer reading, WISN says it went down in 29 of 31 cities with populations of 25,000 or more. Milwaukee was not one of the 29.

The statewide seasonally adjusted unemployment rate announced last week was 7.8 percent for July, up from 7.6 percent in June.
