Jazz Ensembles I and II: Ron Keezer Tribute Concert

Ron Keezer has been a champion and key figure in the development of Jazz Education for the state of Wisconsin and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. His wife Mary was one of the founders of the Chippewa Valley Symphony Orchestra and well-known teacher. Come celebrate Ron and Mary's legacy for music education in a tribute concert in their honor by the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Jazz Studies Area. Special guests will include legendary jazz pianist and Julliard professor Geoffrey Keezer and longtime student who Ron Keezer mentored, percussionist Cami Minette, accompanied by UW-Eau Claire Grammy nominated Jazz Ensemble I.
