Dealing with Conflict

Poorly managed conflict creates significant costs for organizations and leads to loss of engagement among employees. This Supervisory Management Certificate Program (https://ce.uwec.edu/professional-development/leadership-management/super...) elective will teach you how to apply five proven strategies for effectively managing conflict. This class meets online December 2, 3, 9, and 10 from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm Central. In addition to those meetings, registrants will complete a total of one hour of independent work between sessions.
