Blu's Organizations Bash - Spring, 2022
Each spring, new and returning Blugolds have the opportunity to get a little taste of just about every club and student organization on campus. Whether you interested in recreational sports, professional networking, politics, performance, Harry Potter or any of 200+ other things, there is a club or student organization to fit the interest of any student seeking to make connections on campus. From 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday, February 8th, representatives from all eligible student organizations will be spread out in the Ojibwe and Dakota Ballrooms (Davies Center), ready to meet interested students and answer your questions. This is the perfect opportunity to learn more about all the clubs and organizations (especially the ones with names that sound so mysterious) and make connections proven to enhance your Blugold experience! What should every student know about "BOB?"Perhaps most importantly, there is a lot of FREE LOOT!Leaving your comfort zone is the best way to grow. In addition to your obvious interests going in, consider looking into something totally new! Connecting with people who share a passion or hobby is an avenue to forge lifelong friendships. Follow your instincts — if an organization representative reaches out, talks to you, makes you feel welcome and comfortable, even if it's an activity you never imagined doing, give it a try. There's a first for everything, even new passions! Signing up for a club or organization at BOB doesn't lock you into joining. It just assures that you will receive more information to help make a decision.
